Our broker Rick Ginn established Landmark Realty, Inc in 1991 and started his real estate career in 1985. Jason Neely is a full time agent with years of experience helping families with real estate in St. Augustine. We work closely with each other and combine our experience to give our customers the best possible service. Our market area extends throughout St. Johns County but we have the most experience with property located on Anastasia Island. We pride ourselves on knowledge of the market, honesty and hard work.
